Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your GrandStores account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the electronic device in its original manufacturer box, including all manuals, cables, and remote controls, and attach the provided shipping label to the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup through our returns portal to have the item sent back to our inspection center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
